Community Director
CurrentServing as the primary point of contact and resource for all A4L Members, including managing contact information, conducting surveys for satisfaction and future member benefits, developing member benefits, developing and revising membership agreements and trade licensing agreements; responsible for evolving A4L Community including web-based collaboration tools, including establishing interactive opportunities between all A4L Member categories; recruitment and support all new A4L Members, work with accountant to address membership payment and collections, identifying potential members, responding to questions from interested parties, promote activities / benefits and ensure membership satisfaction from A4L Members; enhance all member communication mechanisms (i.e. newsletters, web information, collaboration tools, calendars, meetings, case studies, exhibition collateral etc.); ensure both external and internal relationships are maintained to ensure effective dissemination of key messages regarding global A4L developments; provide support and project manage various A4L Marketing Activities including the implementation of current plans and identification of ongoing marketing opportunities; and project lead all meeting planning and logistics in United States and UK, (including preparation/strategic agenda planning, venue selection, production/distribution of meeting documentation, cost analysis / reporting, managing external stakeholder and staff requirements, providing on-site event management) to best support critical face-to-face membership community opportunities.
