During the years 1989-2000 I worked for Valmet Paper Machines (now Metso Paper Inc.) in different positions. I was participating developing, selling and delivering high-tech products, especially the paper machine head box versions SymFlo D and OptiFlo, with their specific automation packages, different versions of IQHeadbox. In years 1995-2000 I was managing customer projects and also in charge of technical sales as the responsible product manager these products generated sales globally worth more than 170 MEUR (in total 75 head boxes and their automation packages). I facilitated the growth of the headboxs business from level of 1 million euros (1 head box) to more than 30 million euros (12 head box) per year.I visited most of these customers at least once during the sales process. I actually participated to the complete product life cycle from R&D to matured global sales and after sales.
