Even Jordi Roca was the one selling the Miscake in Girona.I believe that a mistake is just another step on the ladder to success, and that we should face our blunders with humor and a positive, learning-oriented attitude. This cake (which was also spectacular) was our small contribution to lightening the burden of this toxic culture that stigmatizes mistakes. Among all the elements I designed for the event, the most memorable was the construction of an inverted human tower, where the "enxaneta" descends from the sky to the ground, bringing with her an original ball from 1975 used by Cruyff, which was then used in the honorary kickoff performed by his son, Jordi Cruyff. Additionally, the innovation department I led developed a series of mid- to long-term business projects and opportunities for the company.In the Innovation department, we developed a patent to embed an RFID thread within the production chain for the control and alarming of garments (developed by Jaume Sanclimens). We also developed another patent that uses augmented reality to detect any garment and enable instant purchase with a royalty system for the wearer.We created an interface that significantly streamlined the garment sampling process with clients by working with 3D models.
