Experienced Country Manager, Nordic Channel Director. Responsible for sales/marketing organization Sweden and Retail KAM´s in Nordic.Present positiono Philips Consumer Lighting , Country Manager, Nordic channel Director. Consumer Lighting is a part of Royal Philips lighting division. Philisps is the leading lighting manufacture in the world, with a total turnover of ~27 billion €. o AS Country manager (CM) Consumer Lighting I operate consumer (lamps and luminaires) business. With a division turnover of 100 MSEK . The organisation includes 11 FTE´s. (KAM, Sales Rep, Back office, Marketing assistant). Main task, development of new and existing business, coaching towards profitable business and peoples development. As CM I report to the Nordic CEO. In the job as CM I have total responsibility for local P&L.o Nordic Channel Director (CD) I´m responsible for Nordic (S, N, DK, Fi) KAM´s in segment Retail and Lifestyle. The segment cover lighting retail stores, furniture stores and department stores. As CD I´m responsible for Nordic Channel strategy, supporting the KAM´s and leading Nordic negotiations. In the role as Channel Director I report to the European Retail & Lifestyle Sales Director.

OSRAM AB General Lighting, Business Unit Manager (BUM) • At OSARM General Lighting I was responsible for 2 of 4 divisions. The business unit operate ~65% of total sales in Sweden. The business unit consisted of 2 sales forces. Each sales organization had a teamleader who reported to the BUM. The main tasks were, development of new and existing business, coaching, contacts to key customers and reporting to national CEO and Sales Director Euorpe. The job also included budget planning and market strategiesExcept the role as BUM I was responsible for international key accounts. Such as Coop Norden, Clas Ohlson. The job demanded international cooperation and negotiations in different countries. The job also embraced international projects that required documentations and presentations in English or German. OSRAM AB Retail, Sales Manager• At OSRAM Retail I was responsible for consumer market (food retail, DIY, Mailorder, Furniture). I was head of retail sales marketing and worked together with marketing and corporate communication. The team developed both existing and new customers and market The positive result have placed OSRAM as market leader in the Swedish retail channel.
