I currently spend most of my time training and developing people leaders and domain-of-expertise-leaders in a handful of very big European companies. My work is based on the much acclaimed models, the Leadership Pipeline and the Specialist Pipeline.Independent of my LPI engagement, you may find my pre-recorded sales training courses - ranging from basic to advanced - available in Norwegian and delivered on the Videocation platform. I'm an experienced management and sales professional with background both from domestic and international work. Lines of industry in which I've worked includes IT (SaaS), film production, satellite communication and consultancy - and among them I've worked a few years with start-ups. I'm a long-term strategic thinker, a relationship builder, a communicator, a team-player, and an agent for continual change and improvements.
