As Sales Director:-Established and led the sales department to generate new business in Africa, across various verticals-Designed and implemented sales strategy to meet set targets and maintain DDD's position as a market leader in digitization-Developed new partnerships and cultivated relationships with relevant stakeholders including government, multilateral agencies, global philanthropy organizations, and NGOs, resulting in new projects that created jobs for over 1000 youth from disadvantaged backgrounds.

At the same time, DDD’s innovative social model enables talented youth from low-income families to access professional opportunities and earn lasting higher income. This model, established by DDD in 2001, is now called "impact sourcing” and has been implemented by dozens of firms around the world.As a BPO consultant, I conducted the feasibility study that led to the setup of DDD in Kenya. I onboarded DDD's first local and regional customers, generated new donor-funded projects that created employment for youth from underserved communities, and built the organization's brand as a market leader in digitization and social impact.
