Oversee all audio-visual operations of the Hilton London Metropole as the manager for Encore. I have been responsible to oversee the execution of small to large scale events at the venue. Booking resources, labour and equipment, and managing rigging within the venue are all within my remit as well as ensuring health and safety procedures and compliance during the events.Managing an in-house team of technicians and freelancers is part of my daily operations, as well as maintaining the in-house equipment.Ensuring that the relationship with guests, clients and our venue partner has been of paramount importance during my tenure as manager.

Interim position during a training and trial period.

Plan, review gear and labor, execute and break down audio large scale corporate events inthe South Florida region. Lead teams of technicians in order to set up the audio to the higheststandards. Consistently provide superior customer service in order to fulfil the clients’ needsduring an event and try to anticipate the needs that may come up during show.

Participate and lead in the setup and breakdown of events in the hotel. Consistently maintaina superior standard of audio-visual services to the clients, while providing exceptionalcustomer service. Make sure that every member of the team has a task, and help them whenever possible.Keep track of current and future events and their respective setup, the equipment orders forsaid events, and labor needed for each event and each room.Making sure that customer expectations are met, and that satisfaction with our services is amet guarantee.Helping and safekeeping the good relations with our hotel partners whenever possible.

Provide assistance to students and faculty regarding the technical and logistic aspects of theirrecording sessions and classes.Provide technical maintenance, as well as execute start-up/closing protocols in studios withhigh-end consoles (SSL, Neve, API).Contribute advice in regards to microphone choices, mic techniques, signal flow, outboardgear, and proper DAW and session management in order to maximize efficiency during theirrecording and production sessions.Oversee student and faculty proper use and management of equipment.
