Systems Analyst - Partner Revenue Technology
CurrentProjects:- Act as both lead systems analyst and project manager to build a self-service portal for digital advertising customers.- Lead the regression testing between cross functional teams for new versions and business entities within Adpoint, an enterprise resource planning(ERP) software for advertising and media sales.- Gather requirements, complete quality assurance(QA) and led user acceptance testing (UAT) for invoicing of both print and online ad campaigns.Responsibilities:- Lead functional solution, design discussions and system configuration.- Create Adpoint functional documentation for current workflows and a red book for troubleshooting in Google Drive.- Act as business analyst and subject matter expert in the digital order management system(OMS) within Adpoint.- Provide support for production issues and manage Jira board using the waterfall methodology.
