I'm an advocate for regenerative agriculture as a food system, health, and climate change solution and am driven to bring positive change to this world. I'm constantly learning, sharing ideas and resources, building connections with others, and finding paths to make things happen. If you're seeking someone to bring energy to your regeneration mission and goals, please contact me. I'm always open to a good conversation.About my work: I've worked as a writer, editor, and project manager, and have played a smattering of volunteer roles. I also had a yearlong stint in personal training and nutrition coaching. I absolutely loved working one-on-one with clients. That said, I believe that people will be better equipped to change their lifestyle habits when we re-create systems, including our food system, to better support human wellbeing.
