I am leading the development of an ergonomic exo-suit designed to support workers' hips and shoulders, reducing fatigue and injury risks. This involved conducting a needs analysis, leading a multidisciplinary team, and guiding the project from concept to an alpha prototype. We utilized Human-Centered Design and Rapid Prototyping to accelerate design iterations, incorporating Root Cause Analysis and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to enhance safety and reliability. Our integration of IMU sensors and BLDC motors improved accuracy and user experience. The result was an effective exo-suit that boosts worker safety and efficiency, assisting with loads up to 20 pounds.

During my internship at Movu Robotics, I had the opportunity to dive into the world of autonomous mobile robot design and production. Collaborating with the Design and production team, I contributed to designing robot parts and addressing production and supply chain challenges. I worked on integrating navigation instruments, sensors, and wiring harnesses, reducing assembly time by 20 minutes. Additionally, I contributed to improving quality control procedures, to improve maintenance and troubleshooting processes. Finally, I contributed to the assembly of robots and gained valuable expertise that enabled me to perform quality control checks on electrical and mechanical assemblies effectively.
