I was asked to transfer to the New Orleans market after Hurricane Katrina in order to rebuild our office and sales organization. Further, the local management team worked with state and local government as well as business groups (BBB, SBA, etc) to connect consumers with the businesses they needed in order to rebuild the city.

My role as Operation Sales Manager was responsible for all sales activity in our Cincinnati office. This included directly managing six front line managers and 70+ sales reps that produced $130 million in annual revenue. In addition, I regularly produced sales forecasts, developed contests, and strategized with the senior leadership team on product changes.
