Responsible for all aspects of physical development, injury prevention, readiness and recovery of all 1st team players• Development & execution of all team and individual strength & conditioning interventions, rehabilitation, physical preparation and load management programs• Specialised in sport-specific metabolic conditioning, performance enhancement and screening of movement dysfunctions • Involvement in assessment & screening procedures of all contracted players• Involvement in planning and organisation of seasonal training load • Daily management of short term injuries / preventative care and total management of players in long term rehabilitation • Development & implementation of injury RTP protocols

Provision of physiotherapeutic services and high performance training to elite athletes in various sports• Full assessment, diagnosis and management of all musculoskeletal and related disorders• Full time player support at WTA Tour tournaments: Australian Open, Roland Garros, Wimbledon, US Open, Indian Wells, Miami, Toronto, Stuttgart, Madrid, Fed Cup, WTA Tour Championships• Correspondence with various club physios / medical teams: Premier League, Primera División, Serie A, Eredivisie• Development, co-ordination & implementation of all assessment / evaluative protocols within the centre • Instruction of in-house symposia and development of external education courses• Involvement in technological advances for scientific athlete testing, real time tracking & analysis, measurement of tactical & physical performance • Development of online educational/athlete management platform
