Air Force Space Command’s security forces top enlisted advisor to Security Forces Division Chief on personnel matters affecting 1500+ total force employees. Managed assignments, technical training graduate accessions and manpower/organization actions, to include analysis of security forces manpower documents and post priority charts to validate a 22 percent increase in requirements. Command channel for all policy, operational and administrative direction to 27 unit managers. Provided physical security policy oversight for 70+ space warning, tracking, and launch operational locations. Monitored professional development of 12 enlisted staff personnel.

Managed operational security guidance for over 1,500 security force members assigned to six main operating bases, eight Air Force Stations, and 33 geographically separated units worldwide. Lead military agent for all non-nuclear automated intrusion detection systems, plans and programs, and inspection/certification of security systems protecting high level resources. Performed physical security assessments and made recommendations for facilities. Gained expertise in every phase of security including alarm systems, entry/exit control, vulnerability assessments, and system certifications.

Chief advisor to the commander on enlisted personnel matters for 200+ force protection/support specialists. Managed operational, training, administrative and personnel issues affecting all aspects of squadron life. Developed policies for management of $6 million in equipment & $3 million of deployable mobility assets. Assessed training, proficiency, health, morale and welfare, and identifies trends and corrects deficiencies. Supervised the organization’s budget totaling $400K and managed its’ $6M in assets. Managed the unit's supplies and equipment section, outfitting 200+ security personnel. Advanced the unit’s agenda during end-of-year close activities and requests. Set up Confrontation Management Team for Sacred Earth and Space Plowshares II protest ensuring peace was maintained for 80K+ base personnel. Led Unit Deployment section during increased operations tempo sending hundreds of war ready security forces airmen overseas in support of Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom.

Monitored and conducted proficiency training for over 200 Security Forces (SF) personnel and directly managed 12 troops. Oversaw Phase I qualification, ancillary, review, and specialized technical training and evaluation. Supervised development and implementation of annual training plan--prepares, updates, and controls tests. Supervised unit on-the-job (OJT) training program and oversaw OJT records and career development courses. Directed scheduling section ensuring weapon qualifications, mandatory, and self-made appointments were met. Oversaw 21 SW Augmentation program preparing personnel for higher Force Protection Conditions. Developed, updated, conducted, validated, and scheduled augmentee initial/refresher and weapons training. .

Provided law enforcement, security, anti-terrorism, and force protection services for over 80K customers. Supervised 6 sections, 143 SF personnel, 57 augmentees, and 14 Security Forces IMA reservists. Directed the physical security operations to protect 4 major command HQs and equipment valued at $31B. Prioritized $225K+ in resource distribution for flight operations and forecasts future budget requirements. Coordinated work center activities with five major DoD installations, five federal, nine state, & five county agencies. Authored over 20 major personnel security plans annually to protect AF's 2nd largest DV support mission. Wrote/reviewed 174 SSIs, checklists, waivers, deviations, and exceptions to security procedures annually. Received, reviewed, corrected, and disseminated over 200 reports and administrative documents each month..

Managed the operation/supervision of two-40 person flights; established work priorities and training schedules. Provided after hours security and technical support to 24 Geographically Separated Units around the world. Reviewed correspondences ensuring commanders were provided accurate details for judgments regarding incidents. Managed multi-million dollar associate and transient Protection Level 1, 2, and 3 aircraft security operations. Wrote, reviewed, corrected and forwarded over 120 police reports and administrative documents every month. Performed on-scene command and control at major accidents and incidents; employed tactical response force.
