Coached selectees as they compiled and wrote their 10-page ECQ documents demonstrating their executive leadership skills and experience. Worked with more than two dozen selectees and successfully assisted them through the OPM review process so that every selectee was approved for the Senior Executive Service.Responsible for working with candidates selected for the Senior Executive Service to prepare and submit their Executive Core Qualifications documentation for review by OPM’s Quality Review Board.
