In my role at EssilorLuxottica, I am leading the development and establishment of a GRC incident response program for EyeMed. Simultaneously, I am leading the implementation of an Unstructured Data Discovery & Classification initiative and revamping the current Data Loss Prevention (DLP) program. Previously, I implemented and piloted the Vulnerability Management program for EyeMed. Under my guidance, EyeMed experienced a significant increase in vulnerability remediation metrics, surpassing industry standards. Through collaborating closely with stakeholders, I ensured effective remediation by devising comprehensive plans, and leveraged the data to generate reports for leadership, showcasing the substantial growth achieved within the organization's network.

In this contractor position I served as the architect for the Vulnerability Management Detection and Response Program for 10 Office Locations in 9 Different Countries. I successful coordinated a 50% reduction in vulnerability risk exposure within the first 3 months by collaborating with stakeholders to provide my security expertise and aid in remediation and patching solutions.

In my role as a Information Security Analyst at UC, I spearheaded efforts in rewriting, improving, and running the Vulnerability Management Program for over 20,000 systems. Under my supervision, insight into vulnerabilities was drastically improved with 80% additional visibility added to our most critical assets. Along with this additional visibility, remediation increased by 60% for newly discovered vulnerabilities through my collaboration with business and technology teams to provide remediation solutions for security threats and vulnerabilities.

As a Jr. Information Security Analyst, I was given many opportunities to be involved with various processes with other members of the Information Security team. Among the various duties I preformed, I worked few tasks that were reoccurring. This included working with users to resolve creation and general issues with Multi Factor Authentication software along with running and processing vulnerability scans and creating comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for leadership.

As a Jr System Administrator, I managed Tier 1 & 2 support for all IT users across three different locations and supported servers and printers. During my tenure I developed scripts to automate repair of applications and user-related computer issues as well as patched software and ran security scans to eliminate security threats and protect data.
