I am an advocate of inventive, creative, and effective Quality Engineering. I love working within development and product teams to create, test, and continuously deliver best in class software to customers. Recently I have moved to a position mentoring and leading a team of Quality Engineers and affect quality practices at a higher level with an amazing company.I am passionate about staying agile in the software development space. I do not think there is a single prescriptive model or box that fits an application or person. We must keep learning, be ready to shift, and invent creative ways to solve problems.When not at work, I love spending time with my family and getting distracted by new hobbies and activities. As time allows, I am a novice but eager woodworker and DIY'er. I love the time in my shop and tinkering around with projects (some of which I will never finish).
