Persia Bantin is a Marketing Strategy and Planning Coordinator at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Colleagues describe her as "Persia is one of, if not the hardest working person I've had the pleasure of working alongside. From day dot she is an inspiration for the whole team! She is a fantastic CSM, but ultimately her skills shine through as a Project Manager. This is evident with the incredible work she's done to create a webinar series from the ground up but also manage it month in, month out. Over a year ago it was merely a blue sky idea, and today we have close to 1k members across both sittings. She has truly made it her passion project, and it's clear that she's put her whole heart into it. She has a unique ability to make them both jam packed full of data and amazingly informative things, but it's also not boring and keeps the watchers engaged which a lot of other people struggle to do."
