I headed the crew base of pilots, flight test engineers, cabin crew and operations within our Flight Operations Department where we operated 6 different aircraft types. Experimental test flights and corporate flights was the core business. I was also responsible for all marketing and commercial charter proposals on the external market where we performed charter flights under our AOC where my role was Operations Control Manager (OCM).

I had a staff of dedicated Customer Service Directors working as Key Account Managers with overall commercial responsibility for their customers. We handled mainly commercial airline customers in 45 countries on all continents. Sales, marketing, customer relations, credits and overdue payments, exhibitions, conferences, budget, forecast, objectives, business plan were a few of my responsibilities.Yearly turnover approx. 500 MSEK (~56 MUSD).

A project manager role for business and development projects. Handling and coordination of the complete business/project portfolio together with 5 Task Managers for which I owned the competence responsibility.Complex work in a multi project environment with focus on schedules, budgets and delivery milestones. Total responsibility from start to finish.

Full time Project Manager for 1 large customer project during 1 year+. The project was about extensive modification of a whole fleet of 25 Aircraft. The project finished on time within budget.

Production Engineering and planning. Implementation of design changes and creation of production documents, like work instructions and functional test procedures for the final assembly of the Saab 340 and Saab 2000. Planning and coordination of manufacturing of new parts and assemblies in our workshops.In the later part of the employment my role shifted over to become a project manager role, and I was eventually recruited for my next position based on my own merits.
