VOLUNTEERING-Australian Volunteers for International Development (AVID) | ProMedical Ambulance Service | Vanuatu | 2015-2018 Providing clinical leadership, I delivered ongoing education and feedback that encompasses all aspects of paramedicine including patient assessment, management, safety and documentation.• Developed and maintained best-practice clinical standards and provided mentorship, education and assessment. • Utilising evidence and established standards I evaluated performance to provide written and verbal feedback. • I mentored and assessed eight student paramedics through the Diploma of Paramedicine program. This includes providing timely clinical feedback, clinical instructor reports, preparation for study days, regular scenario-based training, clinical skills training and assessment and student progress reporting to the internal and external stakeholders.
