Slowing the spread of Covid-19, protecting the health and well-being of Victorians following the directions of the Chief Health Officer.Key Responsibilities:• Ensuring a safe environment for people entering, transferring, and exiting compulsory mandatory quarantine at the hotel accommodation while following the company's most up-to-date operational procedures• Communicate effectively in an empathetic manner, while practising physical distancing measures and hygiene practices, including following infection, prevention control processes and use of protective equipment within the workplace (N95 face masks and shields)• Working closely with ADF, Vic Police, Authorised Officers, DHHS team members and management of CQV operations to ensure residents are compliant during their stay at the accommodation• Documenting and reporting incidents/concerns in the logbook during the shift for precise handover to other members of the team and reporting issues to the line manager or team leader for resolution and workplace improvement if required• Reporting safety hazards/concerns to HSR's and Site Managers for immediate action Providing interpreting services and translating important information to Chinese speaking residentsAchievements:• Being part of CQV team managing and slowing the spread of COVID19, protecting the health, safety and wellbeing of our country• Being Team Captain, shift allocation, support, training and support to Team leader of any issues or concerns• Collaborated with operation management and site management, creating Chinese notice to residents about the forbidden use of in-room cooking utensils (which got approved by the General Manager and is now used in various hotels)• Welcoming those affected in Afghanistan into Australia. Providing assistance, support, and safety reassurance for the start of their new home• Help care for the growing number of COVID-19 patients needing lower-level care, easing pressure on Victoria’s hospital system
