I am the founder of MPC Holding, which has contributed to the growth of successful businesses in the real estate and trade sectors. The business expansion started in 1991 with the establishment of a holding company with the mission to develop world-class real estate projects and trade markets in the SEE region. My vision was to find new entrepreneurial ways to drive positive change in this part of Europe and create opportunities for further business growth. In 2002, MPC Properties was established and, over time, became one of the leading and most experienced real estate development companies in SEE by developing over 30 prime office buildings and shopping centers. In order to support business growth and operations, we entered into a strategic partnership with Merrill Lynch / Bank of America in 2007, which was the first JV investment of Merrill Lynch in former Yugoslavia. Today, our business network includes more than 500 stakeholders worldwide. We are pioneers in the market in terms of new investments, development, asset management, property management, innovative approach, and implementation of ESG policies into business operations. I am a business adventurer but also one who believes that success requires strategy, discipline, persistence, and resilience.
