Co-Ordinated efforts of main subcontractor delivery team with three separate suppliers with a multi million pound budget, to deliver all devices on time and on specification. Including, Virtual Reality H-135 Part Task Trainer, Multi level Winch Tower, and CH-47 Chinook Internal loading trainer. Courseware development Subject Matter Expert, and lead on all Train the Trainer activity.

Test and adjust of all Rotary training courseware for the UK Military Flying Training System (UKMFTS) Rotary element. Including HC135, HC145 aircraft and all synthetic ground based training equipment, as well as train the trainer for all UKMFTS Rearcrew Instructors.

Delivery of classroom based ground instruction in Principals of Flight, meteorology, and helicopter operations. Also development and implimentaion of vitual reality synthetic training to increase productivity. Airborne instruction of helicopter operations including Underslung Load carrying and night flying using Night Vision Devices. Management of student progress through written assessments as well as periodical apraisals. Writing and editing of instructional presentations to comply with DSAT regulations.

Deliver theory and practical training sessions including airborne live fire exercises, optimising training benefit within precise deadlines. Efficiently co-ordinated high value, complex and time sensitive assets, from numerous outside agencies to ensure cost effective training delivery. Developing and maintaining the operational capability of a team of fifteen.
