• Responsible for two teams of eight surfacing operatives and TM, Lining and ancillary trades to deliver Asphalt surfacing on all types of roads Surrey roads• Responsible for the construction of H&S files and wellbeing of site matters• Collaborative working with Surrey, and Aggregate industries, for proposed schemes from walkthroughs to remedies, through to durations and final delivery • Organise the disposal of waste / contaminated tar • Provide leadership and mentoring of colleagues • Complete all Safety Audits for plant and excavations• Issuing of Variations and confirmation of all works• Responsible for signoff and completion certs• General correspondence from client to contractor
