Currently employed by BCFC in the above role,hopefully helping to provide the Academy system with the right calibre of player for the needs of their squads.This is enjoyable work constantly gauging the standard within the Academy . Assesing the needs of the groups through feedback with Coaches and Academy recruitment.The role also offers the satisfaction of acting between BCFC and players,managers and parents to promote the Academy in a good light and dispell some of the inherant feeling towards proffesional football clubs when it comes to players being taken on and / or released.Surely the aim of the sucessful scout is to ensure that only players equipped to deal with the enviroment are placed in it. Therefore keeping parental and player/manger expectations at a realistic level.
