Responsible for Distributors and End-Users of John Crane products. Customers include oil and gas, food, chemical, water and waste water entities in the municipal and industrial markets. Products include mechanical seals and support equipment for mechanical seal operation, packing, filters and filtering systems, and couplings.

Responsible for maintaining and creating personal and business relationships with customers. Customers include several teams within an organization including production and maintenance teams, purchasing teams and engineers throughout the organization. I work very closely with engineers at local engineering firms. Additionally, I coordinate equipment repairs, oversee estimates and work in progress repairs. I provide project management on new equipment sales.

Responsible for numerous tasks including mechanical seal repair, creation of drawings for baseplates, inside sales support.
