With over 29 years of experience in the trucking and logistics industry, I am passionate about providing personalized customer service and operational excellence to our clients and partners. As the president of Innovative Transport Systems, a family-owned and operated firm, I lead and manage the day-to-day operations, develop relationships with clients, vendors, and employees, and oversee the financial performance and growth of the company. Robinson Worldwide, Inc., a leading global logistics company, for two and a half years. In this role, I developed and maintained relationships with multiple national accounts in regards to their logistics needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. I also negotiated contracts, rates, and service levels, and coordinated shipments and deliveries across different modes of transportation. I leveraged my skills in new business development, operations management, and operational execution to generate revenue and profitability for the company and the clients.
