Customers included HSBC, E.ON, Fidelity and UK Trade and Investment.

Web and SharePoint Developer for Rouse Legal. With a widely distributed international network (600 staff working in 17 offices across 11 countries), the company relies on its SharePoint intranet and other digital media to keep its staff informed of key issues within the company. It also has a strong Internet marketing operation aimed at its current and potential clients.From the London head office, I was responsible for much of the corporate communications platforms, under the direction of the partners, departmental heads and the marketing department.As well as my duties as SharePoint and Web Developer, I worked as a project manager. Projects I have effectively managed include the upgrade of our ELITE system, moving the maintenance of our website in-house, the selection and implementation of a new business process management system (MetaStorm), the set up of a new email and document management system (KnowledgeMill) and the migration of a number of our IT resources to the Microsoft Cloud hosting service.Having proven myself to be an organised, efficient and innovative project manager, I was promoted and seconded to the company CEO, COO and country head to manage a project to outsource a number of our legal and back office services.
