Over the course of my career my experience has been a mix of business development, talent development, relationship management, client success, executive leadership, and operations management. During the past 16 years I have led several key departments including client loyalty, client service, sales support, client experience, and relationship management all of which have excelled under my leadership. As a team, we succeeded in achieving our operational, financial, and engagement targets but at the same time we learned most when we failed forward as a unit. From an enterprise perspective, I believe that continuous process improvement, change management, and unlocking the power of your people are the true keys to long-term, sustainable business transformation. As a leader, humility, humor, emotional intelligence, and connecting with my clients/people are top-of-mind.Most recently, as Senior Director, Client Experience, my emphasis has been on optimizing CX omni channels and leading service teams in effort to increase service quality, creating promoters from our clients, leading a growing organization, and delivering on our financial targets. At the end of the day, I enjoy developing leaders, delivering results, and having fun along the way.
