A founding company director primarily responsible for all engineering activities within the company whilst conducting operational, human resource and general management duties.As Director of Engineering my primary focus has been to oversee and coordinate the design, manufacture, delivery and installation of highly bespoke precision laser micro ablation machines, functional inkjet printing machines and spray deposition machines to customers worldwide in the area of consumer and industrial electronics. Managing a team of multi-disciplined engineers based in the UK and Hong Kong whilst coordinating manufacturing partners in Europe and Asia M-Solv has successfully delivered over 100 bespoke machines offering cutting edge processes and micron level accuracy to both R&D and high volume manufacturing environments.I have always ensured a hands-on approach to my work and as such have continued to utilise my excessive mechanical design background to not only drive and influence our product portfolio but to take individual responsibility for the mechanical design of a number of our flagship machines.
