I also developed & delivered formal technical training and mentoring to provide knowledge transfer to Ashghal staff to enhance their skills.

As principal trainer, I also developed and delivered CDM training and Highways Safety training across all divisions and for local Authorities and Highways England.I also fulfilled the role of HSE / CDM Consultant for various clients on a regular basis and provided CDM technical direction to internal staff across all Amey divisions.

Highways Maintenance Operative & Supervisor conducting numerous Civil Engineering tasks on the public highway. Moved into chargehand / supervisor role in my early 20's until I left in 2006.
