Ascendant Development Corporation is a full service real estate and development company that specializes in business parks, as well as build-to-suit and speculative office and industrial buildings across Colorado and the southwestern United States. My responsibilities include due diligence coordination for all development projects, coordination of project schedules and the design team, as well as working with the appropriate municipalities to obtain necessary entitlements and building permits. During the construction process, I remain involved with each project as the coordinator of activities and critical path execution between the development group, contractor and client.

While at CMC, I started off overseeing the marketing and assisting with new business development for their general construction, design-build, and real estate development operations. In addition to these responsibilities, I also became responsible for the entitlement processes for development and design-build projects while overseeing the consultant teams responsible for designing each building.
