Projects: re-engineering project during a large business systems merger. Y2K preparation and execution. Responsibilities: Managed and lead 50 consultants and was responsible for database expansions, data cleansing, data populations, data integration, business process reviews, data warehouse population and system rewrites. The two year project included order management, transportation systems, SAP, item/inventory management and the integration of approximately 15 subsystems.
