I'm Pete Byrne - a nervous system practitioner, a mindset coach & professional musician.I am the co-Founder & CEO of ReallyAlign, a personal development company based in Berlin. We work with founders & business leaders, using mind & body-based tools to help them lead companies from a place of alignment, balance & clarity.Originally I’m from Dublin, Ireland, and the past 4 years I’ve lived in the tropical nomad hub of Bali, Indonesia.Half of me is a nervous system practitioner & coach - and the other half is a professional musician!For 8 years I travelled the world as a full-time singer. I ran my own booking agency, which allowed me to train & mentor young musicians & manage live music venues around the world.After a burnout in 2016, I was forced to find new tools. This led me to discover the power of combining mind-based self development with somatic-based modalities & practices. I trained as a lifecoach, and a Connected Breathwork/ Nervous system practitioner. After experiencing the shift in my own life through a holistic mind-body approach, it has made me passionate to help other high achievers find their own version of alignment!I am also the co-host of the Aligned Founder podcast. On the show, I interview entrepreneurs who are masters of their craft, as well as providing tools for stress management & finding fulfilment.
