So much so one of the biggest names in this niche market was quoted as saying I/my department were "the thorn in their side". I placed professionals within highly reputable organisations, charities and NHS Trust's and many of which are still in post to this day. Due to the ever-changing funding distribution in the criminal justice system which is well documented in the media (50% cuts to drug and alcohol services in 2016) I made the decision to move away from healthcare/criminal justice system.
