I am part of the Southlake Focus Group Leadership Team - We are a well‐established networking and career transition organization for both professionals and non‐professionals. Our current members and alumni represent job seekers from entry‐level to C‐suite and everything in between. Our dedicated, experienced volunteers are here to help by providing insight, guidance and ongoing support.

Assist job-seekers via networking meetings by giving them an overview of our facilities and program. We assist new and experienced job-seekers in career transition with the skills and structure needed to land their next position. I co-lead our CSN HR Networking Group and I am part of the Leadership Group at Frisco Connect (visit FriscoConnect.org)

I was part of the SFG leadership where we plan how we can best serve those in career transition. I also led the Newcomer Orientation presentation team for people new to the job search.

• Managed the development of Hallmark’s Intranet on a SharePoint platform to increase company-wide communication• Oversaw the IT Change Control process including process documentation and oversaw weekly releases• Led the IT Major Incident weekly review process including monthly charting and reporting of incidents versus KPI• Created and maintained Hallmark’s corporate Business Continuity Plan• Managed the day-to-day operations of the Specialty Commercial division submission team, including an overseas outsource team• Restructured the Surplus Lines tax filing process to ensure all divisions followed the same guidelines allowing Hallmark to reallocate two staff

Owned all insurance operations activities for workers comp programs including an on-line agency-facing system. Directed accounting, processing, regulatory compliance, agency relationship management, vendor management/service level adherence and overall service and customer support.• Took over and managed a $200M Workers Comp unit consisting of MGA Programs and brokers using an online nationwide product• Led the setting up of new production sources including contracts• Managed vendor performance and relationships for Loss Control and Premium Audit• Saved over $500K previously spent on an outside consulting firm by streamlining operations and bringing those roles and tasks in-house without adding to staff

I was responsible for the IT development projects and support of the Southern Territory of the QBE Program Division.

As interim CIO for a then-QBE owned MGA, I led a team responsible for the maintenance and development of proprietary MGA systems as well as a team responsible for the data network and infrastructure.

I led a unit of programmers and business analysts responsible for the development and support of the US IT operation

I was responsible for the implementation and automation of insurance programs. I also managed the systems development process of an in-house retail agent rating and policy processing system.

As the Director of Operations I was responsible for the review and assessment of policy operations for all divisions and over 20 branches of the company. My position included workflow analysis and establishing metrics.

As the Business Project Manager I was responsible for running the operations and systems areas for the Program division as well as managing the due diligence and implementation of all new programs and products.• Designed, documented requirements, and led the implementation and training of a non-admitted package rating and policy processing system while acting as the SME• Managed the operations and systems areas for the Program division as well as managing the due diligence and implementation of over a dozen new programs and products• Led the operational development and implementation of an in-house Managing General Agency

Helped establish an Insurance eCommerce (West) division that was disbanded after 9/11.

I managed the day to day operations of 21 nationwide Programs, I performed due diligence on potential new Programs and led implementation teams on approved Programs.As a Systems Manager I supervised a staff of nine programmers and six systems analysts and coordinated the tailoring, testing, and implementation of a $13MM P&C rating system that remained in place until TIG closed down.
