The chances are that what you are after simply has not been scanned, edited and uploaded yet.Who is Pete Jenkins? Fortunate to have more than 40 years’ experience in the photo industry providing photographic services. A former Fleet Street veteran, who has worked using both film and digital, owned and run a sports photo agency in London, and more recently photographed conferences and events in the Midlands. Back ‘in the day’, I drove from home to match to newspaper on a succession of big black Motorbikes, some weekends covering two or more matches in an afternoon. ( still have my Motorguzzi California II).Twenty years after hanging up my rugby lenses, I have gone back to my rugby photographer roots and am scanning and editing twenty years of rugby union in England and Wales. More than 700 matches, 1600+ films and 50,000+ individual negatives. This is a new (old) rugby archive, and will probably be the most effective of its type. The photographs have been hidden away for twenty years, and now you can see them for (probably) the first time.Want to know more?
