Responsible for the creation, sales and operation of Olympic Sport packages for the London 2012 Olympics.Responsible for the creation and development of 8,000 high end public and corporate packages: high-end accommodation, Olympic tickets, accredited transport, staffing and food and beverage.Main responsibility was for the on-site operational delivery.Involved with the marketing and sales of the packages, producing personal sales over 4 Million GBP (Over 6 Million USD). Developed and presented Olympic hospitality proposals to domestic and international companies.Managed an operations team of 10.Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training and uniforming 200 local and professional on-site staff to deliver all of our programs.

Vancouver, Canada Area

Responsible for the management and delivery of sponsor hospitality programs. Clients included: Visa, Omega, Sun Microsystems, Bell and Vincor Wines.Worked with sponsors to determine measurable objectives for their sponsorship and determine how to leverage that investment through targeted hospitality programs. Managed a team of Olympic project managers both domestically and internationally, along with the recruitment, hiring and training of over 150 local and professional on-site staff.Created unique transportation solution, working with local fire departments to hire firemen as drivers and staff.Developed programme with BCIT College to provide training and jobs for nearly 100 students.

Oversee all sponsor hospitality operations associated with events - focus on Olympic programs.Consult on initial program set up, inclusions and budget. Manage sponsors assets in regards to accommodations, event tickets and transportation. Handle every aspect of delivery including: web registration, air bookings, merchandising, on-site staffing, food and beverage management, local staff, tours and cultural activities and collateral materials.
