In my current role, I report safety product quality concerns to better Mazda products. I monitor technical records, customer call records and NHTSA records. With these data sets and parts collection I am able to report back to the factory in Japan so that Mazda can make changes to their products. I report paint issues with Mazda vehicles. I meet with the paint suppliers, to address any concerns they are finding when reproducing Mazda colors.
