The PMO organization aims to provide integrated resource planning for projects in execution and in the bid phase. Harmonize Bid and Project Management processes and tools and foster exchange of lessons learned & Best Practice and resources between the two functions and within the Systems Divisions RegionsOctober 2012 - Bombardier Signalling DivisionAppointed Senior Project Director for the LUL SSR Upgrade project for the renewal and upgrade of signal and service control systems on the Sub-Surface Lines (“SSR”) network with a Communication Based Train Control (CBTC) Automatic Train Control (“ATC”) system. The Sub Surface Railway (SSR) of London Underground (LU) operates over the Metropolitan, District, Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines. The SSR has sections of four track, two track and single-track lines and has areas of interoperability with the Jubilee, Piccadilly and Network Rail Lines.

Responsible for the overview of all projects in South East Asia, execution, reporting and governance. Responsible for interfacing with the Project Managers, providing guidance and support as required. Also, responsible for supporting bids in the area.
