In my time at Groton I designed and implemented an asynchronous onboarding process for new hires. I worked with the Library Director to hire and contract with a vendor, design, and publish Groton's first library website. I developed training for G Suite for Education to be implemented with the school's migration to Google. - Work one-on-one with individual teachers and entire faculty to develop and implement appropriate technology strategies and tools that support a pedagogically sound approach - Develop training materials, including multimedia and interactive training modules, for faculty, staff, and students - Design and facilitate onboarding process for new faculty and staff regarding their technology usage - Ensure faculty feel supported in integration of technology tools inside of classroom - Develop and maintain a resource bank for faculty, that addresses both traditional and progressive educational technology tools and approaches - Work closely with the IT department and other school leaders to effectively plan, purchase, and implement technologies on-campus that will enrich the work of faculty and the experience of the students- Work to provide help desk support, 1:1 device provisioning and rollout, network infrastructure support, and directory management
