I’m passionate about helping people achieve their goals. This started early in my career as a martial arts performance coach where I helped different people achieve their health, wellbeing and performance goals. I thrive in being able to facilitate and empower personal greatness in people. After all, greatness is in everyone of us, sometimes it just needs a facilitator to guide you! After a successful 10 years of performance coaching and helping people achieve black belt status I wanted to translate those agile moves in helping people in the healthcare industry. Gaining Lean Six Sigma Black Belt status was a huge achievement and has helped me be an instrumental tool in supporting organisations achieve their key objectives.Honing my skills, tools and capabilities I have become a subject matter expert in consulting on analytical, audit and advisory functions.
