Management of Drinks Dispense team and management of customer relationships across London and the South East.

Responsible for driving sales of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems throughout Kent, Sussex and the South East.

Gain new business through direct sales to pubs and clubs throughout South London and the South East. Recruit, develop and drive business through regional drinks wholesalers. Build an extensive network of contacts with national pub groups, regional brewers and pub groups to drive volume growth through their sales and business development teams.

Key areas of the role:- Develop sales growth with existing clients.- Identify and develop new clients.- Produce monthly 'executive board summary reports' for key clients.- Analyse data to identify issues, trends and sale patterns.- Liaise with internal departments to ensure optimum client satisfaction.- Site visits with business development managers to optimise site performance.- Develop relationships at board through to field level.

Key areas of the role:• Leadership of 20 field based Brand Dispense Technicians.• Management and forecasting of a £1.5million capital and revenue budget.• Development and management of contractor partner relationships.• Liaison with internal and external sales contacts.• Ensuring service and installation of all company brands within agreed timescales and specifications.• Maintaining/improving customer satisfaction levels and resolving issues.• Technician development via call standard accompaniments and Personal Development Review process.• Point of Purchase training to team to maximise impact of brands.
