I have wide knowledge of working with market leading and strong brands in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business, ranging from sales and marketing to innovation, logistics, purchasing and production. Areas, which I for many years have been overall responsible for.I am a business-oriented leader with more than twenty years of experience from leading positions in powerful organisations. My core competences are within my leadership and expertise in the commercial part of the business. As a leader I am strong in setting direction for the business as a whole and drive processes of change in the organisation with the objective to improve profit and growth. I have long experience of business situations in the Nordic and the Baltic markets. In addition I have had the privilege of being responsible for businesses both in the retail sector and in the food-service/industry sector. Many years in FMCG companies with a broad portfolio in terms of categories, brands and supply chain have given me a strong knowledge of handling complexity. During the last twenty years I have been member of management teams and board member for more than eight years. This has given me broad insight of business situations in total as well as strategic and operational issues in the whole value chain.
