As Global Expansion Security Manager, I was responsible for establishing, recruiting, procuring and launching H&M's extensive expansion plan into New Markets, in total I set up 38 markets and 3 new Portfolio Brands during these years.

Stationed in Hong Kong SAR at the H&M Global Production & Sales Retail Office. During my 3 year expat contract my mission and assigment was to established and build up a strong security function for Sales Retail Organisation for the following markets: Hong Kong SAR, China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and manage the existing H&M Production Offices (25 worldwide).
