These areas include, Front-End, Inlet Air Chilling and Compression and Liquefaction.- Ensuring all activities are executed in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.- ISBL field technician in all areas & relief Production Area Supervisor (PAS)- DCS technician in OSBL (Ship loading, power generation, Air and N2 generation)- DCS training on ISBL (successfully completed several compressor starts)- Lead shutdown coordinator for operations in 4 shutdowns (strainer outages, GE engine change outs, defrost activities). This role required creating shutdown/ LEL freeing/ O2 Freeing procedures, isolation / PTW preperations, supervising and executing shutdowns- Utilise Evision for isolation and permit preparations.- Carry out the duties and responsibilities of the Permit Authority, Issuing Authority, Isolation Authority and Authorised gas Tester- Monitor production and utility systems parameters to ensure that the facility is operated in a safe and environmental manner.- Assist in supervision and training of trainees- Utilise Maximo to create, revise and complete work orders & work specs- Raise a corrective maintenance order through Maximo if defects are found during inspection- Carry out facility safety critical preventative maintenance work- Monitor and trouble shoot all mechanic process, utility equipment- Conduct Critical Device Function Tests on safety systems, calibration checks on all process equipment, and sampling duties- Carry out process isolations & desolations as directed and in accordance with the PTW system Show less
