During this 6-month secondment with the newly-formed IT team at yourtown, I collaborated on a variety of projects including an implementation of Amazon Connect for our Employment Svcs team, an implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, an upgrade of our PABX and Samsung OfficeServ SoftPhone solution, and work to support ISO27001 compliance.

Worked with management, end-users and designers to develop, rollout and support Carelink+; the organisation's Client Information Management System.

Coordinated the organisation's (successful) application to become a RTO and created the policies, procedures and business systems to support the organisation's activities as a RTO. Administered the organisations RTO functions including facilitating the development of new courses.
