Responsible for systems administration, network analysis and implementation and desktop management. Systems administration encompasses maintaining Windows Servers, SQL Servers, Oracle, and UNIX systems. Continuous review of the servers for the most effective utilization, including virtualization management, managing firmware updates and upgrades and assuring that from a backup perspective we are 100% restorable given any situation. Acting backup to the Web Master to help support A&I’s websites, aid in deploying changes, creating new web pages for clients, and analyzing web metrics. Assists with day to day problem resolution on desktop issues and software; workstation and network issues, install hardware and software as directed, and help the IS Director identify new software and hardware solutions that could create improved efficiencies within A&I.

Oversee and manage division-level digital forensic examinations and triage operations. Assist intelligence analysts with data mining, cell phone exploitation and manipulation. Data preservation and extraction from cell phones, laptops, desktops, tablets and GPS units. Retrieved, converted and enhanced surveillance videos for use in suspect identification. Help desk support for 75+ detectives with hardware or software issues. Trained Police Academy Cadets and Citizen Police Academy in Computer Crimes as a Certified Academy Instructor. Installed and administrated digital camera system for interrogation rooms. Installed and administrated wired and wireless network.
