I like to make useful solutions in finance and engineering. I'm interested in work and projects where I become a principal owner. I put a lot into my work and 'own' it in all ways. I bring multi-language/platform technology knowledge and a network in finance and technology to accomplish a wide scope of challenges. I try to minimize conflict and do AMAP in as few steps as possible. I enjoy people and entrust new colleagues on important assignments to give them a sense of belonging. In as few words as possible, I like to take work off the plate and enable everyone else (co-workers, clients and customers) through my work. Not a lot of people can relate to this kind of co-worker. I have always accepted that I dont fit in to 99.99% of roles. It seems so logical that if Im going to spend time on something, it should be a worthwhile pursuit. So I'm connecting with business owners and managers of large companies. Particularly, CEOs who want to use the Connective Leadership instruments and dashboards to manage their workforce for everyone's better result; employees in jobs that suit their work behaviours, financial results that ensure sustainability of the enterprise, and satisfied customers. CEOs need to know that you can have it all.
