My name is Peter Back and I have been involved with the bus industry since 1998. In 2002, I applied for a position within in state transit as a trainer formally known as bus operator trainer level 1. This position made me realise my passion for training, coaching and helping people to succeed in their new career.In 2016 I applied for a position within state transit as bus operator level 2 instructor assessor this position improved my skills from training new bus operators after they get their licence on how to do routes OH,S whilst operating a bus with passengers and depot W,H,S. To instruction in new class c drivers and conducting criteria assessments meeting the requirements for a final competency assessment to up grade the candidates license from car to MR HR.In 2018 I had to re apply for my position due to restructure for a position similar to what I was doing. This position is called driver capability trainer, this involved a lot more task and responsibilities I ever new working more closely with management and using my qualifications more such as cert IV in training and assessment, certificate III in bus operations logistics assessor essential instructor class c and class HR disability instructor Auditing and occasional facilitating.
