- Interfacing with the candidates, team leads, account executives and clients as required.
- Evaluate candidates strengths compared with clients requirements by screening, and interviewing the candidate.
- Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
- Extensive hand on popular applicant tracking system – Job Diva used for US Recruiting Operations.
